One of our clients is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Manager to join their team. You will work out of the Jersey City depot. We are looking for individuals with strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mobilizing change in a fluid and growing environment. The organization is projected to grow immensely so we need someone that has helped scale and grow the business with process improvements, hiring new team members and guiding team members to promotion to help with the growth of the team.
These individuals should come from a mechanical background either educationally, starting as a maintenance tech, truck dealership experience (large diesel engines/fleet vehicles) or mechanic certifications through Alison, Cummins, Peterbilt, Mack or similar. You should have experience with managing a fleet including scheduling, planning and organizing maintenance.
