Summary of the role

This is a in-office role, as part of the operations team at Swiftlane. The focus of the role is inventory management and shipping. You would be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management and hardware provisioning. You are expected to lift packages as well upto 30LB in weight and this is a physically demanding role.

This role is integral to the operational success of our company, involving hands-on tasks in hardware fulfillment, inventory management, and customer account setup. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, be adept at multitasking, and possess a strong work ethic with a willingness to perform both physical and administrative tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Hardware Fulfillment: Receive, test, and configure various Access Control Hardware systems. Ensure each piece of hardware meets Swiftlane's quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels, including receiving stock, organizing warehouse space, and preparing products for shipment.
  • Customer Account Setup: Perform basic programming and configuration of customer accounts on Swiftlane’s platform.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the shipping process, ensure timely delivery of products, and manage the receiving of incoming goods.
  • Administrative Tasks: Utilize tools such as Excel, Word, and project management software to maintain accurate records and support operational efficiency.
  • Internal Communication: Collaborate effectively with different teams, ensuring clear and effective communication across the company.
  • Physical Labor: Engage in physical tasks related to warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and organizing products upto 40 lbs

Job Location

This is an onsite role based in San Francisco, CA, and requires the candidate to work from our office five days a week. Remote work is not available for this position.
