QA Test Manager – Projects

Location: Boston, MA (hybrid)

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent related work experience.

Agile, Healthcare Domain & Medicare experience – 8+ years

Must possess excellent knowledge on Claims Process, EDI, Health rules payor (HRP) – 7+ years

Hands on experience with creating & executing complex SQL queries.

Experience with Test management tools especially IBM products like RTC, RQM and Rally

Automation experience with Selenium, good to have RFT and Java based experience

Provider and Member data experience – good to have Market Prominence product knowledge

Mainframe testing skills – CICS, Batch jobs

Automation & GenAI foundational courses

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Manager with 10+ years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile Methodologies and Facets particularly in Enrollment, Claims and Billing along with understanding of Azure Cloud implementation of Facets platform. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage large scale testing efforts and ensure the highest quality standards.

Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.

Oversee the creation and execution of test plans test cases and test scripts.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a collaborative team environment.

Coordinate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Implement Agile methodologies to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.

Conduct thorough Project Management for the overall claims processing – Intake, Adjudication, finance reporting & validation

• Participate in business reviews and develop an elaborate Test Strategy

• Collaborate with Business and Development teams

• Define detailed level Test Plan with the scope, Data Strategy, Iterations of testing cycles

• Conduct and oversee the System, Integration and Regression testing within QA teams

• Claims processing in the claims engine – Health Rules Payor (HRP) application

• Bulk claim processing in HRP platform to ensure Financial Neutrality between platforms.

• Identify gaps in the current testing process and recommend improvements
