Customer Experience Associate

The Customer Experience Associate will be a key part of the Marketing team and will be responsible for ensuring a successful customer fulfillment experience. This role will report closely to the Marketing Manager to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and have exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer communications and order processes via Email Inbox, Live Chat, and social media.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers to ensure a successful overall experience.
  • Take a service and solution-oriented approach to all interactions, using strong judgment to balance company goals with ensuring an overall positive outcome and resolution for the customer
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries and resolve any issues with customer orders.
  • Manage daily questions and reviews on our Yotpo / social media platforms.
  • Identify opportunities and drive solutions to improve the customer experience and enable efficiencies.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products. By understanding the product collections and assisting Marketing Director/Manager on any product/merchandise Shopify – blue cherry-related tasks.
  • Work closely with our Operations team to share relevant information, identify potential issues, and jointly problem-solve any customer orders-related issues.
  • Collaborate Marketing Director /Manager on efficient communications with influencers and Brand ambassadors – orders, image recollection, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented person, planner, and multi-tasker
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilizes good judgment and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite - especially Excel
  • Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo and all Social Media Platforms (specifically TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willing to always roll-up sleeves and take on tasks to support team with a “get-it-done” attitude
