CDW has an excellent opportunities available for Desktp Engineers / Service Desk professionals. We will be hiring Level 1 through Level 3 roles in the local area of Camp Hill, PA in the coming weeks.
In this role, you will support a multilocation organization with day to day technology needs and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting Technical Issues
- Device Inventory Management
- Equipment Set-Up and Configuration
- Technical Documentation and Repairing
- Collaboration and Customer Service
Required expertise includes:
- 2-5 years of experience Desktop / Hardware computing experience
- Hands on troubleshooting and configuration of PCs (desktops, laptops) and peripheral devices
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Eagerness to grow and learn in a corporate environment
About the role:
- Location: Onsite in Camp Hill, PA
- Type of opportunity: CDW W2 position, 6 month – 1 year engagement
