Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Network Administrator to join our team at Scott AFB, IL or Hill AFB, UT. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:


• Conduct thorough network and telecommunications system incident investigations to identify and resolve issues.


• Analyze network and telecommunications alarms to identify potential problems and implement solutions.


• Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices such as firewalls, cryptographic devices, and routers to optimize performance and ensure the desired security posture.


• Collaborate with the team to implement and maintain network devices, phone systems, and video conferencing systems.


• Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 2-5+ years of relevant technical experience.


• Hold Security+ CE or equivalent certification.


• Ability to work in a shift work environment and be available 24/7.


• Experience with network management, security, and troubleshooting.


• Expertise in network protocols, routing, and switching.


• Strong understanding of network topologies and security best practices.
