Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Civil Engineering with a specialization in ground-up land development. This is a leadership role for someone with extensive expertise in site development, off-site utilities, and LID systems. Requirements:

  • PE License (Professional Engineer) is required.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in ground-up land development.
  • Proven experience with precision grading and on and off-site utilities.
  • Extensive LID (Low Impact Development) experience is essential.
  • Public sector experience is not desired; focus on private land development.
  • Must currently be working in civil engineering.
  • A proven leader ready to take on the responsibility of managing a department and playing a pivotal role in the growth of the company.
