Day-To-Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Data Quality Developer for one of our largest clients in Downtown Cleveland. This individual will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address data quality issues, implement data validation processes, and optimize data pipelines.

  • Develop and maintain data quality rules, standards, and best practices.
  • Extract and run data on Tableau reports.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify data quality issues.
  • Design and implement data validation checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor data quality metrics and proactively address anomalies.
  • Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to data quality improvement efforts.
  • Work with ETL processes and tools to cleanse, transform, and load data.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Document data quality processes and procedures.


Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of professional IT experience
  • Strong understanding of Data Quality and Data Governance
  • Understanding data policies and procedures, how to report on data quality, how to create data quality dashboards, how to build pipelines, ability to prepare workflows, etc.
  • Proficiency in data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation techniques.
  • Experience with Tableau reporting – the ability to extract data and run data on tableau reports.
  • Strong Collibra development experience
  • Must be able to set up Collibra workflows
  • Advanced experience in SQL
  • Must be able to develop complex queries from scratch


Salary:

$94,000/year to $120,000/year.
