We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will work closely with the team lead to drive project success. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our clients businesses forward by analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires a deep understanding of technology, business processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage mid/large-sized business teams to capture, prioritize, and document and analyze their business requirements for new projects and enhancements.
  • Develop use cases, user stories, and functional specifications to guide the development process.
  • Assist clients in defining solutions, planning for the implementation, and driving delivery.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in testing activities, including developing test plans, executing test cases, and validating system functionality.
  • Process mapping of current and to-be states.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Consistently communicate and manage expectations.
  • Manage and maintain standard project tools and templates, including project schedule, issues logs, risk summary, status reports, meeting minutes, etc.


Required Qualifications:

  • College/University relevant degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Etc.)
  • 7+ years in a relevant role
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with business process modeling and process improvement initiatives.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior consulting experience with big four consulting
  • Agile delivery experience preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Knowledge of BABOK
  • Possess a technical background and experience working with engineering and business teams
