Our company delivers industry innovation through our newest platform, Skypace.com, which provides a full cycle of export/import transportation services in the ocean freight segment.


We seek a highly motivated and visionary Sales Manager with a proven track record in earning business in NVOCC / Freight Forwarding services for international and domestic transportation.


Your Skills & Experience:



  • Active customers portfolio you can integrate into Maxton's book of business in Ocean freight and Domestic logistics services
  • Deep understanding of the global freight forwarding in international ocean freight business: FCL and/or Project Logistics
  • Proven track record in active Sales and long-term relationships with BCOs
  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding operation at the US nationwide scale
  • Ability to onboard new business and grow it through the right communication with Procurement, Operations, and global teams.
  • Independent team worker
  • Lead and collaborate with in-house Sales Representatives


Responsibility:


  • Accelerate the customer's trust through active business development
  • Communicate the Pricing and Procurement teams with better pricing strategies
  • Coordinate with Account Management to deliver efficient customer solutions in a timely manner
  • Deliver new service opportunities to current and prospective customers.
