Responsibilities:

  • Product Curation and Management: Curate and manage a diverse range of products for online display and sale.
  • Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers, provide personalized shopping recommendations, and promote products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with purchases.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and consumer preferences to enhance product selection and promotional strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, social media marketing or sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make informed product recommendations.


Salary

  • hourly fixed fee ($30-$45/hour）+ performance based bonus
  • Full time/ part time/ internships are both available
