Role Summary:

The LTO/Inventory Management Manager will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of Limited Time Offer (LTO) promotions, manage product/item transitions, and ensure optimal inventory levels for the franchisees. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and continuous improvement of inventory management processes.


Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Develop and implement inventory strategies to support LTO promotions, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with marketing, procurement, and distribution teams to coordinate LTO rollouts.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform inventory planning and LTO strategies.
  • Work closely with the brand Popeyes to align on LTO objectives and requirements.
  • Manage product/item transitions to ensure seamless implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure product availability and quality.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Provide detailed reports on inventory performance, LTO success metrics, product transitions, and cost savings initiatives to senior management.
  • Travel up to 15% may be required for this position.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Nutrition, or Business
  • Comes from a Corporate Restaurant background or Supply Chain Company (Supply chain being strongly preferred)
