Senior Financial AnalystThe Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, planning, and data mining support for Fleet Management Solutions (FMS). The candidate will directly support ChoiceLease Finance and coordinate with multiple departments to deliver results. Candidate must be inquisitive, collaborative, accurate, and efficient to ensure leadership receives informative and timely financial reports and analyses. Remote work from home.Essential functions include:Assist with closing books, forecasting balance of year financials, and creating annual plans and budgetsReview various month end reports including actual versus budget variancesConsolidate, prepare, and analyze financial data to understand cause-and-effect relationships and identify driversCoordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to consolidate and understand financial results and communicate findings to upper managementPresent close results, operational data, and forecasts in written and verbal formats to senior leadershipAbility to arrive at conclusions and give recommendations to management based on information obtainedParticipate in various miscellaneous projects as requiredDevelop ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested by leadershipAdditional responsibilities include:Performs other duties as assignedSkills and abilities include:Advanced knowledge of financial concepts and principlesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsDetailed oriented with excellent follow-up practicesCapable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skillsAbility to present information and ideas clearly and understandably to othersStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organizationAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamFlexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environmentQualifications include:Bachelor's degree required in business administration, finance, accounting or related fieldMaster's Degree, preferredFour (4) to six (6) years in Finance, Accounting or Operations, requiredCompensation information: The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
