Senior Financial Analyst
. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growth-oriented organization where finance plays a key role in driving strategic and operational success.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be instrumental in maintaining the
accuracy, integrity, and strategic value of financial data
across the company. This role supports both day-to-day operations and long-term planning through thoughtful analysis, reporting, forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive reviews of trial balances and financial statements to verify accuracy, classification, and completeness of data.
  • Develop and maintain detailed
    financial models, dashboards, and reports
    that support executive-level and operational decision-making.
  • Support the
    annual operating plan
    , budgeting process, and long-term financial forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with internal departments to
    gather and interpret financial data
    , ensuring consistent and accurate reporting.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to business units to improve decision-making and promote financial transparency.
  • Prepare and post journal entries with precision, supporting
    audit readiness, compliance, and documentation standards
    .
  • Participate in special projects to enhance financial reporting, analytics, and process efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Finance and FP&A teams.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
    advanced degree or CPA preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong understanding of
    financial statements, forecasting, and data modeling
    .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and professional integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    and experience with enterprise-level financial software.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a
    fast-paced, evolving environment
    .
  • Demonstrated leadership in aligning financial strategies with corporate goals and translating results into business insights.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
