ITC Infotech is looking for “ User Experience Designer ” to join our team in United States.
Location - Austin, Texas.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with product managers, business partners and engineers to understand objectives and feasibility.
- Design, conduct, and analyze user research studies to gather user feedback. Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and share them with relevant teams.
- Develop and iterate on prototypes to illustrate end-to-end product experiences for user testing and business reviews.
- Produce high-fidelity final mockups that clearly communicate design intent to both decision-making and development teams.
- Continuously advocate for the user, ensuring that the final product aligns with user needs and provides an outstanding user experience.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, prototyping skills, and a user-centered approach to design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping features of Figma.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously, when needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
