User Experience Lead

We thrive on all things technology. As the UX Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience for our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing, and ensure that our user experience is both user-centered and aligned with business goals.


Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategy and direction of our product's user interface and user experience design.
  • Oversee and guide the work of the Product Design and UX/UI Design team.
  • Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions and strategy.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
  • Conduct user testing and analyze user feedback to improve design.
  • Present and defend design decisions to the team and stakeholders based on your design thinking, fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.), and research.


Required Skills/Abilities


Experience: 8+ years of experience as ux/ui designer.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in UX/UI
  • Understands product specifications and user personas
  • Proficient in Figma
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions



Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
