Account Manager?Outside SalesCCI Mechanical is seeking a motivated and client-focused Account Manager?Outside Sales to join our Service Department. This role is designed for a high-potential individual who will support seasoned Account Managers in managing commercial and industrial HVAC service accounts. The position blends inside sales support with field-based client engagement and offers a clear path for professional growth through mentorship and hands-on experience.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure quick and effective responses to client inquiriesPrepare reports on the status of accounts/projects (profitability, deadlines, etc.)Provide after-sales support to retain customersBuild rapport with the client by communicating regularlyPromote new products and services to the existing customersDevelop, maintain, and improve long-term customer partnershipsNegotiation of contracts according to company requirementsRegular reporting to the Sales ManagerAttend on-going trainings as requested by managementQualifications- Bachelor's degree in business or a technical discipline.- 5+ years' experience in the mechanical contracting industry.- Knowledge of various HVAC mechanical and controls systems preferred.- Strong presentation, oral, and written communication skills.Reliable, Self-Driven, Confident, Articulate, and Persuasive.Ability to problem solve.Attention to detail.Physical DemandsStanding, sitting, reaching, walkingWork EnvironmentWhat We OfferStructured mentorship from experienced Account Managers.Exposure to a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC service clients.Opportunities for advancement into Account Manager roles.Competitive compensation and benefits package.We have a strong core of long-term employees along with young talent that allows for a powerful combination of lessons learned and fresh ideas.
