Community Nursing Services, “CNS” is looking for a full-time RN to join their team and work in the greater Salt Lake City area with patients in our geriatric and palliative care census in partnership with the University of Utah.
Location: SLC Valley
Days Worked: Set days you can pick from Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5pm or Monday - Wednesday, 8am to 8pm or Wednesday - Friday, 8am to 8pm.
- Schedules do not rotate or change from week to week, they are locked in and consistent as to the days and times mentioned above.
