HIGHLIGHTS


  • Lead/mentor/supervise staff providing guidance; develop/drive operational performance

  • Generate/identify new/potential customer opportunities

  • Support new prospect conversion to customers

  • Current/new customer growth: volume revenue gross margin

  • Streamline/optimize processes: enhance efficiency/reduce costs

  • Review operations/customer KPIs/metrics: revenue margin load count CRM adherence

  • Develop Revenue Gross Margin EBITDA goals

  • Develop/maintain strategic plans/support for Carrier OnBoarding & Compliance Carrier Sourcing Pricing/RFPs

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor s degree or combination of equivalent education/experience to include:

  • Around 5 years Transportation/3PL Brokerage industry; 2 years as logistics manager/supervisor

  • Lead/motivate/manage/build a diverse highperformance teams

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • CRM software & MS Office
