Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Salesforce solutions that align with our strategic goals. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, and a proven ability to lead complex projects and initiatives.

About the Role
As an Enterprise Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of highly sophisticated Salesforce solutions with an end-to-end perspective, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives. You will collaborate with senior business leaders across Go-To-Market, Product, and Finance teams to understand their strategic goals and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of highly sophisticated Salesforce solutions with an end-to-end perspective, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior business leaders across Go-To-Market, Product, and Finance teams to understand their strategic goals and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Advanced Technical Leadership: Provide high-level technical direction and mentorship to the Salesforce team, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.
- Enterprise Integration: Design and oversee the integration of Salesforce with complex enterprise systems, including ERP, marketing automation tools, customer success platforms, and data lakes.
- Architectural Governance: Define, establish, and enforce enterprise-wide architectural best practices and standards, ensuring compliance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identify and proactively manage potential architectural risks, developing advanced mitigation strategies to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
- Innovation and Thought Leadership: Stay at the forefront of Salesforce advancements and industry trends, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Mentorship and Development: Mentor and coach senior architects and developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, ensuring clarity and continuity across the architecture and development teams.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 12-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development, with at least 8+ years of hands-on roles in the areas of Lead to Cash, from business requirements assessment to solutions as well as coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams. You will also need to have proven understanding of common business processes together with the ability to learn and understand uncommon new business processes, and to translate this knowledge into a consistent and effective solution design.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
