Position Available: Administrative Specialist
At Pivotal Financial, the role of Administrative Specialist is crucial. You will be responsible for facilitating seamless transaction experiences for new clients and enhancing relationships with both new and existing clients. By supporting lead advisors, you will aid in launching new initiatives, managing client interactions, and play a key role in driving the growth of our firm.
Key Duties:
- Process transactions for new clients in life insurance and fixed-indexed annuities.
- Manage new account setups for Fee-Based Advisory services.
- Oversee ACAT paperwork and processes, adhering to SEC regulations.
- Guarantee precision and efficiency in all documentation and account servicing tasks.
- Engage with clients directly, managing administrative tasks.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding withdrawals, conversions, and other account matters.
- Commit to delivering outstanding client service.

- Knowledge of life insurance and fixed-indexed annuity sectors.
- Experience with fee-based managed money services.
