3. Summary of the opportunity
 Client Overview: We are hiring on behalf of our client a leading technology company in the United States.
Role Summary: The Program Management Coordinator will provide support for various projects programs and communications within the Surface business. This role involves daytoday program management administrative tasks executive and team communications PowerPoint content creation and preparation for business reviews and ad hoc presentations.

4. What are the key responsibilities
 Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist with ongoing team needs and content creation for key meetings and discussions
Support executive leadership updates and reviews
Maintain team roadmaps and status updates
Handle finance administrative tasks including purchase orders and contract processes
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate into broader team routines and manage actions
Support program insights for communications and key moments
Drive process improvement and maintain version control of artifacts tools and templates

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success
 MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
34 years of experience in project management or a related role
Highly proactive organized and detailoriented
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Bachelors degree preferred
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in working with marketing or demand generation programs
Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
