About the Role

The Human Resources Director plays a pivotal role in driving CCK's success by developing and executing initiatives to advance the firm's short and long-term objectives. This strategic leader acts as a key business partner to the COO, firm Partners, executive leadership, and other leaders within the organization. Responsibilities include developing human resource strategies, overseeing employee relations, managing talent recruitment and onboarding, providing leadership support and coaching, ensuring alignment with the organizational vision and core values, overseeing performance management, and facilitating change management initiatives.


By effectively executing these responsibilities, the Director of Human Resources contributes significantly to the firm's success and fosters a positive workplace culture.


Job Function:

• Strategic analysis, planning, and execution of the firm’s strategic initiatives – analyzes trends to prepare, plan and make informed decisions to drive culture, growth, and engagement.

• Organizational effectiveness – helps define keys to success for team members, fosters a culture of trust and collaboration, and encourages active teammate engagement. Build strong working relationships with executive leaders, partners, and core business services leaders to help drive firm strategies for sustainable growth.

• Core Values and Culture of Care – Plays a pivotal leadership role as a culture driver, ensuring HR's integral involvement in supporting and communicating the firm's core values. Supports Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Advises Firm leaders in developing human resources strategies and policies aimed at driving positive business outcomes.

• Firm Expansion – Delivers strategic HR counsel, encompassing market compensation analysis and state compliance, throughout business expansion. Collaborates closely with other functional groups to guarantee a smooth and successful transition.


Recruitment:

Talent Acquisition - Ensures a continuous pipeline of talent, comprising both collegiate and experienced candidates, to fulfill the firm's performance and growth objectives.


Development & Engagement:

• Talent and People Leader Development – Work with all firm leadership to develop, create, and implement a performance management system that models and rewards behavior by establishing clear performance expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and coaching, and effectively linking performance expectations to advantageous results.

• Training and Development – Creates and implements training and development programs to ensure that the firm has the capabilities to achieve performance objectives


Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation and Total Rewards – Develop and uphold a compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the firm's strategic initiatives, goals, objectives, and culture.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise and support HR Team in Payroll, Compliance, HRIS, Learning and Development


Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent required.


Experience

Ten (10) or more years of experience in human resources management.

Three (3) or more years of supervisory experience.
