Job Title: Remote Medical Transcriptionist / Medical Scribe
Job Summary: As a Remote Medical Transcriptionist/Medical Scribe at MD Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient documentation of medical records. Working remotely, you will transcribe medical notes dictated by healthcare professionals and maintain detailed records of patient encounters.
Key Responsibilities:
• * Transcribe medical dictations accurately and efficiently.
• * Maintain organized and detailed medical records.
• * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation.
• * Adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations.
• * Utilize medical terminology and abbreviations effectively.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proficiency in medical transcription software and tools.
• * Excellent typing and keyboarding skills.
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• * Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
• * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience:
• * Previous experience in medical transcription or as a medical scribe preferred.
• * Familiarity with healthcare documentation standards and practices.
