Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain on-site presence with regular attendance.
  • Answer incoming calls professionally.
  • Listen to and clarify client issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Explain solutions clearly and empathetically.
  • Handle routine insurance changes and research claims information.
  • Log detailed call notes accurately and ensure confidentiality.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain punctuality.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in inbound call centers or medical/insurance sectors preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills required.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving job demands.


Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Requires extended periods of sitting and occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds.
  • Moderate noise level in an office environment.
