Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional with a knack for managing projects and ensuring client satisfaction? We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and help us deliver exceptional video projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling phone calls, texts (after hours if needed), and emails to ensure clear and timely communication.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the CEO to organize and support the team, ensuring everyone is aligned and projects are on track.
  • Project Production: Assist in producing video projects by securing locations, coordinating with crew, and managing various production tasks.
  • Feedback Management: Provide and receive feedback from team members to ensure high-quality output.
  • Project Management: Oversee our Monday.com board to track project progress, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.


Creative Project Management:

  • Field, evaluate, and respond to project requests swiftly, defining resource requirements and negotiating assignments with functional managers.
  • Ensure project feasibility and manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and oversee projects from concept to completion.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, project reviews, and ongoing updates in collaboration with team members at all levels.
  • Assess needs in stakeholder meetings and provide knowledgeable support to internal collaborators.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.


Maintain and Optimize Coordinated Project Management Processes:

  • Standardize project management templates and tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across teams.
  • Continuously analyze project data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Establish best practices for project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to suggest and implement process enhancements.
  • Leverage project management software to automate repetitive tasks and improve tracking and reporting.


Operations Support:

  • Create and maintain tools for project management needs, including resource pages, folders, meeting scheduling, and note-taking.
  • Ensure key processes are updated and maintained, supporting necessary training.
  • Provide emergency backfill support as needed.
  • Manage vendor payments and contracts comprehensively, timely, and accurately.


Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or creative production for Marketing/Communications.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and within time-sensitive situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology, including detailed project plans, budgets, and status reports.
  • Proficiency with project management software/work platforms and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with coordinated creative workflows and knowledge of video, design, and copywriting/editing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels and manage change proactively.


Preferred Experience & Skills:

  • Familiarity with marketing/fundraising campaigns.
  • Experience in gaming a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • PMP Certification.


Working Environment:

  • Standard office environment; this role may require working remotely or in office.
