Project Manager and Business Development Specialist

- Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and close-out materials.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts to expand the company's network and drive business growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects and contracts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
- Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build the company's profile.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Past work experience with a General Contractor/Construction Manager is a plus.
