Job Overview:

  • The role focuses on driving end-to-end delivery of the Front-to-Back strategy for Credit Risk service models, particularly lending products, aligning with the Wholesale Credit Risk (WLCR) Target State and regulatory commitments.
  • This position requires extensive knowledge of Credit Risk and syndicated loans, as well as a deep understanding of industry standards and competitor offerings.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for credit regulatory initiatives (WCR, SNC, etc.), collaborating with global stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, and Global Function teams.
  • Lead program and project execution using project management best practices, including iterative and agile methodologies.
  • Organize and lead program and project-related forums, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and follow-up actions.
  • Manage high-priority regulatory projects, from problem identification and root cause analysis to solution implementation and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Oversee tactical and strategic planning, ensuring regulatory compliance and the successful completion of corrective actions.
  • Drive operational efficiency by improving data quality, completeness, lineage, and coverage.
  • Support the development of detailed user stories, requirements, data, and system flows.
  • Lead change management strategies through the execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Manage performance metrics, from strategic scorecards to function-specific KPIs.
