Contract Duration: 11+ Months
Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in program management & data analysis. Strong knowledge of Data Analytics & AI/ML concepts, technologies, and methodologies. Experience managing projects involving strategy, execution and integration. Experience with project management tools and software. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. What You Will Be Doing Support Program Delivery Lead in managing end-to-end programs, from initiation to completion. Document project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create detailed project plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to document program requirements and develop timelines. Conduct strategic data analysis, identify insights & implications and make strategic recommendations, and clearly communicate complex analysis. Host Scrum/planning meetings with team to track progress, identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and report on project status to stakeholders. Manage project budgets and resources to ensure financial objectives are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members on Project Management practices.
