Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive talent development programs that align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and curate learning materials, workshops, e-learning courses, and other training resources.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Facilitate leadership development programs to prepare employees for advanced roles.
  • Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization.
  • Collaborate with managers and HR to understand specific departmental training requirements.
  • Support the performance management process by providing tools and training to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement strategies for succession planning and career development.
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze data to assess the impact of development initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies for talent retention, engagement, and motivation.
  • Implement mentorship and coaching programs to support employee development.


Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of experience in talent development, training, or a similar role; experience in leadership development and performance management is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPLP, SHRM) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for delivering training and creating development materials.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the success of development programs.
  • Innovative thinking to develop engaging and impactful training programs.
