Are you ready to embark on a career adventure that's as exciting as a tropical getaway? Margaritaville at Sea is looking for a talented Product Manager to drive our digital product lifecycle and strategically meet company objectives.
What you get to do:
- Manage requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs and other launch efforts.
- Support the technical team to design and architect the best solution for technical needs. Developing scalable systems that will serve all our customers.
- Partner with Revenue Management, Engineering, and other business partners to define the digital product and data requirements, design, and necessary improvements.
- Lead business-critical projects and identify needs to inform product roadmap.
- Create and/or manage digital product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs.
- Analyze customer centric and product data with specific experience in defining product goals and prioritizing features.
- Manage risks by partnering with technical and functional leadership teams.
- Define vision and strategies for your digital product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices. Identify market opportunities and build business cases.
- Build collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals. Gain buy-in from executive leadership.
What it takes to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in science subjects, engineering, or related area.
- 5+ years’ experience in digital travel platform product ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, complex B2B/B2C products.
- Must have domain knowledge in Cruise/Travel/ Hospitality or have previously worked in similar industry domain. Preference to candidates with platform experience on Amadeus, Sabre, iTravel or any similar industry leading travel platforms.
- Turning customer insights into actionable priorities and initiatives; managing roll out of product features.
What else is important:
- You have experience going through a full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
- You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills that enable you to simplify complex problems and present a strategy and roadmap to stakeholders.
- You have a “test and learn” mentality with an agile way of working to improve your team’s products.
- You provide supervision and development opportunities for associates.
