Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. As a PTA, you will work closely with patients and licensed Physical Therapists to implement treatment plans, assist in rehabilitation, and promote recovery and mobility for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

----Assist Physical Therapists in the implementation of individualized patient treatment plans.

----Willingness to learn new manual therapy and mind-body techniques. Knowledge of conversational Spanish language a plus. WebPT EMR knowledge a plus.

----Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises and modalities under the guidance of the Physical Therapist.

----Monitor and document patient progress.

----Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercises.

----Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.

----Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications:

•Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program.

•Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. New grads are welcome to apply.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
