Job Title: Civil Engineer

Location: Mobile, Alabama (on-site)

Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare engineering plans, drawings, and specifications for site development and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, surveys, etc.) to inform project feasibility and design considerations.
  • Perform calculations related to the analysis and design of structures, foundations, and other civil elements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets effectively, including preparing cost estimates and monitoring expenditures.
  • Conduct field inspections to monitor progress and ensure construction quality and safety standards are met.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • PE preferred


Salary

  • $80,000 to $100,000 DOE
