Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and personable Executive Assistant and Office Manager to be the face of our company. This is a pivotal role that involves providing executive-level support, managing office operations, and acting as a liaison between internal teams, external clients, and key resources. We are looking for a friendly, engaging, and professional individual who can ensure the smooth functioning of the office while upholding PRI Global’s values and brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, edit, and organize executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Assist with special projects, research, and event planning as needed.
Office Coordination
- Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
- Maintain consistent communication with property management to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions, including catering and logistics.
- Be the point of contact for office-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Foster a welcoming, organized, and professional office atmosphere that reflects PRI Global’s values.
Administrative Tasks
- Answer/direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain office records, files, and manage documentation processes.
- Process expense reports and track office budget.
- Event Planning
- New employee orientation - get employees familiar with the office setup, tools, and company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or similar role in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal skills.
