  • Nice mix of responsibilities – administrative functions in order to drive company success, drafting correspondences and other formal documents (to be sent securely), plan and schedule appointments and events, greet and assist onsite guests, answer inbound telephone calls, manage department communication, provide clerical support as needed, and assist the Office Manager with Ad-hoc operations projects.


Qualifications:

1) 2+ years of applicable Administrative experience

2) Ability to learn and/or research new topics, online systems, tax documents, etc.

3) Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
