Occupational Therapist

  • Administer occupational therapy screenings evaluations and treatments within the scope of practice. 
  • Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations for new admissions and referred residents; develop a plan of care with goals prognosis and discharge planning. 
  • Accurately complete daily billing and document resident progress in Optima HCS. 
  • Provide treatment using current techniques following physician orders AOTA guidelines and state standards. 
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). 

Qualifications :

  • Position of Occupational Therapist requires a graduate degree from an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Program
