Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and be able to develop and implement individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' functional status
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, or other patient representatives
  • Monitor and revise the occupational therapy care plan as needed

Requirements:

  • A current MD Occupational Therapist license
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Prior home care experience preferred, but not required
