Customer Relations Associate

Novadoz Pharmaceuticals, a rapidly growing & vertically integrated generic pharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced customer service professional. Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations the Customer Relations Associate will contribute to the day to day operations of the customer service team. Novadoz, with an office in Piscataway NJ, is the sales & marketing affiliate for MSN Labs’ portfolio of U.S based generic & specialty finished dosage forms. MSN Labs, the parent company of Novadoz, based in Hyderabad, India, is the worldwide leader in the development and production of API (active pharmaceutical ingredients) with manufacturing facilities and offices located throughout sixty-five markets throughout the world.


Roles and Responsibilities:


The qualified candidate will be responsible for daily customer service & sales operations support, communicating by email and phone with buyers, replenishment/purchasing staff, executive support personnel, and other contacts with our direct and indirect customers.

  • This detail-oriented individual will ensure all daily orders are received, confirmed, and processed for on-time delivery through a collaboration with our third-party supply chain provider support staff.
  • Daily reporting and tracking of sales, open orders, and other related aspects of the position to other departments, and our Executive Management team is required.
  • Analyzing customer inventory through vendor portals to communicate movement among their network of distribution centers is a key aspect of the position.
  • Providing guidance and support to other associates and colleagues.
  • Tasked to handle our customer service phone number to receive and answer all in bound calls
  • Tasked to complete monthly and weekly reporting for customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Education Requirements:


Preferably a four-year degree from an accredited college/university or comparable work experience


Preferred Skills:


  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry desired - generic pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking abilities; enterprising and resourceful, self-starter and team player
  • Strong communication, organization and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/issues simultaneously
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance environment; proven ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to change
  • with SAP is required
  • with Salesforce Service Cloud or similar tool
  • proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • friendly
  • self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to work independently is highly desirable
