Senior Account ManagerWe are seeking a senior account manager to join our high-performing team at Teads. This role is ideal for a strategic and client-focused professional with a proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key liaison between our company and our most valued agency and brand partners, you will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, overseeing campaign strategy and performance, and identifying opportunities for business expansion. While a strong understanding of ad operations and digital campaign execution is beneficial, this role is primarily focused on strategic account growth, client satisfaction, and commercial success.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Account Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for key agency and brand clients, ensuring their success and long-term retention through proactive relationship management.Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive upsells, cross-sells, and renewals by identifying opportunities to expand clients' investment in our solutions, aligning our offerings with their business goals.Campaign Oversight & Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and performance tracking, providing clients with strategic recommendations based on data insights.Client Consultation & Thought Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices, industry trends, and campaign optimizations to maximize their return on investment.Pre-Sale Strategy & Media Planning: Partner with Sales to develop customized pre-sale strategies, ensuring campaigns are set up for success from the start.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teamsincluding Product, Ad Operations, and Sales Leadershipto advocate for client needs and drive innovation in our offerings.Mentorship & Team Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall growth of the account management team.Measurement of Success:Client Retention & Satisfaction: Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring high renewal rates and continued customer trust.Revenue & Business Growth: Drive year-over-year account expansion through strategic upselling and cross-selling.Performance Optimization: Improve campaign effectiveness and ROI, demonstrating measurable KPI improvements for clients.Leadership & Influence: Act as a key contributor to internal team development, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Qualifications:3-6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or digital advertising, preferably within the adtech, programmatic, or media industry.Proven ability to own and grow enterprise-level client relationships, drive revenue, and create long-term strategic partnerships.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting complex data to drive campaign optimizations and business decisions.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external clients.Familiarity with ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., third party ad tags, verification tags, etc.)Knowledge of ad operations workflows and tools (e.g., DCM, Sizmek, Flashtalking) is a plus but not required.A proactive, strategic mindset and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.If you're a senior-level strategic thinker, relationship builder, and growth driver, we'd love to hear from you.The pay range for this position is USD $85,000 to $120,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
