Account Coordinator

A company in Bentonville, Arkansas is looking for a Solid Waste and Recycling Specialist to join their team. Candidate will be responsible for monitoring various systems for varying Solid Waste and Recycling trades. He/She will monitor an email box for escalations for items specific to the trade. They will log these escalations in a ticketing system for tracking. In addition, they will monitor the retailers work order system for their specific trade to ensure that work orders are being responded to within a timely manner. Candidate will be responsible to contact the trade vendor to get updates, relay those updates to store management, and work with the appropriate team to escalate if necessary.

- Experience communicating to varying levels of leadership within an organization
- Previous experience in a detail-oriented role
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and team working skills
- Strong computer skills - proficient in excel, dual screens, reporting.
- Comfortable with both the Service Channel system and utilizing outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work cross functionally through multiple departments
-Strong communication skills both verbally and virtually through email
- Excellent prioritizing and time management skills
Compensation:
$16.50/hr to $17/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
