Role Description

This is a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist role at Redefine Nutrition located in Alpharetta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media accounts, finding and building relationships with content creators, creating social media content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective communication strategies. This is a hybrid role, with Monday/Wednesday/Friday in the office and Tuesday/Thursday at home.


  • Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including social medias, websites, blogs, and email, paid ads, SMS, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Manage all company social media channels including Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage UGC production schedule via brand ambassadors, micro-niche influencers and other strategic key industry partners.
  • Edit and proofread in-house and user generated contents to ensure clear and consistent branding.
  • Discover, support and maintain relationship with UGC creators.
  • Conduct research to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy of content.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop content strategies that align with company goals and target audience.
  • Utilize content management systems and other relevant tools/apps to upload, publish, manage content.
  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.


Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing, Social Media Content Creation, and Digital Marketing skills
  • Experience in Marketing and Communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, azanalytics, and engagement techniques
  • Experience in content development and copywriting
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Certification in social media or digital marketing is a plus
