Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer the phone
  • Process sales orders and arrange the dispatch of orders
  • Provide administrative support for the production of RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and other sales related documents
  • Receive inbound customer sales inquiries and provide quotations, product / service information
  • Quote freight and prepare needed documentation as well as following up on all freight
  • Identify sales leads and escalate them to executive sales staff
  • Work with our online retailers such as Amazon, Cabelas, and many more
  • Skills
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a growing sales focus
  • Sound product/service knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be bilingual - Spanish a must

Qualifications

- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

- Proven track record in sales and customer service

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing preferred

- Ability to conduct warm and outbound calling effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
