Job Description:

  • The Product Analyst role will support the full lifecycle of client's products from inception to the complete implementation of the product through various distribution channels.
  • This role will focus on product requirements, customer experience design, deployment planning and product strategies working closely with stakeholders in Technology and the lines of business.
  • This role will also have significant ownership of the ultimate success of assigned product offerings throughout their managed life cycle.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Delivery Excellence
    • Review and validate scope, goals, and objectives of initiatives. Facilitate gathering of business and process requirements.
    • Develop and document technical design requirements.
    • Analyze documentation to maintain consistency of content and approach.
    • Completed assigned tasks in accordance with published client policy and standards.
    • Work closely with others to solve problems of minimal to medium complexity.
  • Strategic Thinking
    • Maintain awareness of Technology strategies and participate in related training opportunities looking for opportunities for improvements.
    • Verify defined requirements align with Technology strategy and other related initiatives.
    • Provide input into development of templates, tools, standards for product process or design.
    • Provide consistent support for identified budget, scope and timeline requirements.
  • Collaboration
    • Collaborate with business partners and Technology representatives to gain understanding and identify requirements.
    • Ensure initiative stakeholders are aware of the status of assigned deliverables.
  • Communication
    • Ensure Product Delivery Management is aware of the status of assigned deliverables.
    • Provide timely feedback to the Resource Manager on the effort remaining on assigned tasks to maintain appropriate forecasting.

Education and Skills Required:

  • Education/Degree: 2 - Year College Degree
  • Primary Skill(s): Incident resolution, user communication, triage of system issues, and support procedure documentation
