Job Summary:


As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent in the Construction field. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, and execute recruitment plans. This role requires a deep understanding of the AEC/MEP industry, including knowledge of the specific skills and qualifications required for various positions.


Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities within the AEC/MEP industry.
  • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients, fostering relationships and understanding their staffing needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and industry events.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and organizations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in recruiting field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter in the Construction industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of AEC/MEP roles, skills, and qualifications.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
