Position Overview:

We are seeking a hands on dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, a passion for coffee, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.


Key Responsibilities:


               •            Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote Fonte Coffee across various digital channels.

               •            Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest), creating engaging content and fostering community engagement.

               •            Oversee email marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, execution, and performance analysis.

               •            Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.

               •            Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality digital content, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and newsletters.

               •            Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other relevant platforms.

               •            Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

               •            Manage and optimize the company website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

               •            Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.

               •            Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.


Qualifications:


               •            Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

               •            3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry.

               •            Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

               •            Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and email marketing.

               •            Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, etc.

               •            Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

               •            Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.

               •            Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

               •            Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

               •            Passion for coffee and a deep understanding of the coffee industry is a plus.
