RMS is actively searching for a Director of Operations to join our exciting and growing company. Qualified candidates will have a solid foundation and previous experience managing operations including Account Managers, Customer Service Team to achieve business goals while ensuring customer satisfaction, employee engagement and overall operational efficiency. 


RMS provides a turn-key solution to identify, monitor, administer and control rental activity. We use routine occupancy audits and a standardized set of administrative procedures to identify rental properties, and to ensure that our clients have the tools necessary to properly administer the same. 


Our team works alongside property managers to ensure that the community’s rental activity is properly monitored and administered. This approach allows us to deploy additional resources into communities without putting additional demands on property managers. The result is a long-term solution to a growing problem. And best of all, it’s free to the associations. 


Minimum Requirements/Skills:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid role which will be mostly remote, but will occasionally be required to work in the Atlanta office located at Ponce City Market located between Midtown and Virginia Highlands
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, communications, psychology, business or related field.
  • 10 years’ experience in operations, customer satisfaction or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience managing teams of 20-50 people
  • Strong operations experience in a growing company
  • Experience managing customer service teams
  • Experience managing account managers
  • Experience with customer satisfaction
  • Experience and understanding of database management
  • Proven track record of employee retention
  • Experience recruiting, developing and motivating teams.
  • Strategic planning experience and execution
  • Managing and improving employee productivity
  • Experience coaching teams to deal with client conflict or dissatisfaction.
  • Technically sound with an understanding and experience of how software systems work and are used with massive databases involving multiple stakeholders and multistate laws.
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and run managerial systems (performance, training, feedback, etc.)
  • Ability to operate and thrive in a smaller, more entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience working with a scaling organization
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to connect with people, form relationships, and support the growth and development of subordinates
  • Ability to synthesize data (noticing broader trends, communicating issues upwards)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide candid, helpful feedback to those on the team


Preferred Requirements/Skills:

·      Experience with HubSpot

·      Monday.com experience

·      Access database experience

·      Call center or similar experience working as a Senior Manager or above
