Posting Details Position Information Job Title Pharmacy Summer Camp Program Assistant Department Student Services, College of Pharmacy - 36350 Pay GradeJob Category Support Staff Job SummaryPharmacy Summer Camp Program Assistant This position is for a 1 Week Camp June 3-7 Approximately 7 hours/day. Counselors must be available to work the full duration of the camp. Program Assistant Counselors will be responsible for assisting the camp director in the supervision of program participants to facilitate the delivery of the week's activities and to assure participant safety. Duties will include general supervision of camp participants, overseeing a designated group of participants and assisting with the provision of camp activities, which may include driving program vans to transport participants to off-campus sites. Additionally, Program Assistants are expected to provide general guidance, motivation, and support for camp participants. ETSU is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality, Ability to provide oversight and assistance to students, and Ability to effectively communicate orally Ability to understand the roles and responsibilities of a counselor in maintaining a healthy and safe environment during the program. Ability to promote cooperation and identify and resolve conflicts with students. Required Qualifications Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
