The Digital Product Analyst is responsible for supporting all day-to-day facets (concept to delivery) of highly sophisticated and coordinated digital product delivery including creative, business, and technical requirements, product prioritization, quality assurance and compliance with established standards, and post-release support. The position requires close coordination with core Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). The Digital Product Analyst has a passion for all stakeholders, a strong technical understanding of their digital product, and an ability to work in a dynamic environment.


Role Responsibilities:

  • The Digital Product Analyst serves as the liaison between the business team and the technical team.
  • The Digital Product Analyst is responsible for supporting all day-to-day facets (concept to delivery) of highly sophisticated and coordinated digital product delivery including creative, business, and technical requirements, product prioritization, quality assurance and compliance with established standards, and post-release support.
  • Publish and modify business and functional requirements for consumption by the technical team.
  • Point of contact for Development and Quality Assurance teams when requirement questions arise
  • Attend status meetings to understand issues and help to remove blockers associated with the business.
  • Review design approaches for fitness to business needs.
  • Review system testing coverage/quality and provide feedback related to findings to continuously enhance the process.
  • Perform user acceptance testing to confirm deliverables meet business needs.
  • Work with Business, Project, and Technical managers to ensure prioritization of the highest value add work items.
  • Monitor tickets to ensure proper updates are being made and business implications of changes are being thought through from start to finish.
  • The ability to work independently to drive high quality and timely results.
  • Establish good working relationships across teams to ensure high customer satisfaction, while still holding firm to achieving business goals.
  • Participate in lessons learned to always be improving
  • The ability to drive oneself towards a goal


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in requirement writing and coordination required
  • 2+ years Property and Casualty insurance experience required
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Understanding of basic software development life cycle (SDLC) principals
  • Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Insurance related certification preferred

Requirements or SDLC certification preferred


Work Setting:

This position works primarily in an office setting and requires being in a stationary position for long periods of time frequently while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings. Position requires frequent movement of wrists, hands and fingers for continuous computer work.
