Location: Various locations across Michigan

As a Health Services Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning implementation and management of healthcare services within an organization. Your leadership will be vital in ensuring efficient operations highquality patient care and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services.
  • Manage daily operations of healthcare facilities ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and optimal service delivery.
  • Analyze performance metrics and patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management for healthcare services including monitoring expenditures and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Recruit train and supervise staff fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations accreditation standards and best practices in patient care.
  • Serve as a liaison between management healthcare providers and patients to address concerns and enhance communication.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Health Administration Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare management with at least three years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations policies and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve services.
  • Proficient in healthcare management software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
