We’re MAC Water Technologies, and we are a referral-based company located in Kansas City, KS, specializing in Wastewater and Water Treatment Solutions for companies all over the United States. Our edge in the marketplace is our engineering expertise and our ability to design and build exactly the equipment that solves our customer’s problems. It’s worked well. So well, in fact, that we’ve grown to the point where we need a great Inside Sales Engineer. That’s where you come in.
We are looking for someone who can respond quickly to customer inquiries, build relationships with them, quote and manage projects, and follow up so that they keep working with us. This job will require some outbound calling to our current and past customer base, but is not a prospecting position. We need someone who can handle multiple projects at the same time, provide expertise, and keep relationships whole. Does this sound like you?
You will need:
· 3 years’ successful sales experience in a technical environment
· Engineering degree or equivalent experience
· Ability to read CAD drawings, put together CAD drawings and PID charts, etc.
· Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customer personnel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience with CRM and project management applications, as well as Office programs

About MAC Water Technologies:
MAC Water Technologies, Inc. has professionally licensed LEED AP engineers on staff. We have developed technologies and then incorporated those technologies inside each of our MACU line of products we manufacture in-house. We then engineer other wastewater treatment equipment, controls, and perfected processes for a turn-key integrated design-build solution whereas our competitors simply sell products off a line card.
